Sometimes bad things happen to good people.

When they do, we respond as quickly as possible to help get your life and your home back on track.  You can call us 24 hours a day to schedule our quick response Restore It Team to come in, assess the situation and come up with a plan.  We clean all easily portable household textiles from the premises.  We also work with other local experts that can take care of carpets, furniture and some of the bigger items, including reconstruction.

To offer you an extra sigh of relief, you should know that we work directly with, and bill directly to, the insurance carrier, working together to handle the situation:

• We use an on-site laptop to inventory your items on the premises and give you an itemized inventory.
• We use XACTIMATE  software which is also used by the insurance industry, providing preestablished pricing.
• We remove all the items you want us to, taking into account which things you need back right away, and then make arrangements to store the rest until you call us and tell us you are ready to have them returned.
