This week’s Employee Spotlight is dedicated to Barbara Puzzella, one of our wonderful customer service representatives at our Orchard Park location. Barbara has worked for us for about a year, as her work anniversary is coming up in October! As a customer service expert, Barbara greets customers when they come in to pick up or drop off their dry cleaning. Her friendly face and confident demeanor have made her perfect for the role!
Barbara is originally from North Buffalo but moved to Orchard Park last December to be closer to family. During her time off, she enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible. She regularly sees her mom, daughter, and son-in-law and helps take care of her two grandkids, Elliott (4) and Arthur (2). A few fun facts about Barbara: she is a die-hard Buffalo sports fan, her favorite Buffalo area restaurant is Mulberry’s, her dream vacation would be to the Caribbean islands, her favorite musicians are Prince and Michael Jackson, and her ice cream of choice is Cherry Panda Paws.
When asked about her favorite memory from working at Urban Valet so far, she gave a shout-out to her coworker, Catherine. She wrote, “Favorite memory is working with Catherine, we get along very well, and we laugh a lot.” She went on to add, “Also, I have met a few sports celebrities and that is very exciting!” Exciting, indeed!
