Our next Employee Spotlight highlights Elaine Menclewicz! Elaine joined us at the Orchard Park location in June 2022 after working at Varas Dry Cleaning for 30 years. She works in a customer service role at the OP location and assists customers with any questions or concerns they may have with their dry cleaning and repairs.
Outside of work, Elaine is a self-proclaimed homebody. Though she is not a traveler, her hobbies include floral crafts in the winter and gardening in the spring and summer. Her ice cream flavor of choice is the Burgundy Cherry from Nick Charlaps.
Elaine is continuing to make memories and build rapport with customers and fellow employees at Urban Valet Cleaners. When asked what teamwork means to her, Elaine wrote, “Teamwork to me is helping the girls in any way I can to make the store run smoothly.”
