Kathy Mancuso, our Customer Service Specialist from our OP location, is our next Employee Spotlight! Kathy has been working with Urban Valet Cleaners for 10 months now. Despite having worked here for a little less than a year, she notes that she already has made a ton of memories! In her own words, Kathy said, “I truly enjoy working with Catherine and Anne Marie. The customers are awesome too! Eric is very generous and it’s a pleasure working here.”
Kathy grew up in North Buffalo but now lives in Orchard Park. In her spare time, she loves to read and walk with her friends. She also writes children’s books! She has two grandkids: Lucia (10) and Oliver (8). Her dream vacation would be to go visit them and her daughter in Spain, where they currently reside.
A few more fun facts about Kathy: her favorite Buffalo area restaurants are Mangia Ristorante and Caffe, Rooths at Harvest Hill golf course, and The Mansard Inn; her favorite bands are the Beatles and Maroon 5; and her ice cream flavor of choice is Black Raspberry.
