Our Employee Spotlight has been established to shine a light on the hardworking and dedicated employees of our retail stores. This week we honor Mark Crane. Mark has been a route delivery driver, servicing hundreds of our customers every week.
As a route delivery driver, Mark picks up and drops off cleaning all over the Greater Buffalo area every weekday. When asked what teamwork means to him, Mark said, “I’ve worked in retail for many years and teamwork is everyone coming together for one common goal. Just in terms of retail, from the time a customer walks into the store (or leaves a bag out for pick-up) until the final delivery of their product, the goal is a satisfied and fulfilled customer.”
Originally from South Buffalo, Mark currently lives with his wife and kids in Hamburg. A huge Buffalo sports fan, Mark has gone on the record saying that the Buffalo Bills, “have too much control over my wellbeing.” He even shares a favorite wing spot with Bills Quarterback Josh Allen, Bar Bill, located in East Aurora, NY.
Here are a few more fun facts about Mark- his dream vacation spot is Hawaii, he’s always been a hip-hop fan (especially that of the late DMX), and his ice cream of choice is chocolate peanut butter.
