Week three of our Employee Spotlight is dedicated to our Route Manager, John Wood! Hailing from Lake View, NY, John has been with Urban Valet Cleaners for five years and is one of the key reasons our delivery routes run so smoothly.
A few fun facts about John- his favorite Buffalo area restaurant is Mulberries, his favorite band is Van Halen and his ice cream of choice is Caramel Crunch. As pictured above, John is ever the family man and when asked to describe his dream vacation, he said, “Anywhere with the family, location is not important.” He even put family time over golf in his list of hobbies and interests!
Known as a welcoming presence around the office, John is quick to offer a word of encouragement or helpful piece of advice. That is why it comes as no surprise that he would describe teamwork as, “Helping your coworkers when they need help without expecting anything in return.”
We would like to extend our gratitude to John for his camaraderie, leadership and continued hard work. We are lucky to have him out on the routes!
